We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected misuse of the Site
  • Breach of our Business Account Terms & Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a refund will be issued.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • VAT is applied in accordance with applicable law.
  • Reverse charge may apply to eligible VAT-registered businesses within the EU.

Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend deliveries in case of non-payment.

7. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

Claims regarding damage, shortages or incorrect goods must be submitted within five (5) working days of receipt.

8. Returns

As this Site serves business customers only, statutory consumer return rights do not apply.

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Defective goods
  • Incorrect shipments

Returns must be approved in writing before goods are returned.

9. Intellectual Property

All purchases are made directly with PLANORA AB. Shopify is not responsible for product sales, delivery, warranties or disputes.

The Site may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Swedish law, Planora shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption

Planora’s total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased in the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful.

12. Force Majeure

Planora shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Supply chain disruption
  • Transport delays
  • Customs delays
  • Government actions
  • Natural events

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for breach of these Terms or related policies.

Termination does not affect outstanding payment obligations.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the Swedish courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on the Site.

Continued use of the Site following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
